Car 1401

Car 1401 is the Fire Chief’s car. It is a 2009 Dodge Durango SXT 4X4. The Car is used by the Fire Chief for all department related functions. The Car carries the Fire Chief’s turnout gear, as well as an SCBA, and various other equipment. The Command Car also has books containing building pre-plans, and maps of the water systems. It also contains a command board for the use of the Fire chief at structure fires or other large incidents. The Fire Chief responds to all major incidents in the district, including MVA’s, Structure Fires, Specialized rescue calls, and any other call the Fire Chief deems necessary.

Car 1402

Car 1402 is the Deputy Fire Chief’s car. It is a 2010 Chevy Tahoe. The Car is used by the Deputy Fire Chief for all department related functions. The Car carries the Fire Chief’s turnout gear, as well as an SCBA, and various other equipment. The Command Car also has books containing building pre-plans, and maps of the water systems. It also contains a command board for the use by the Deputy Fire Chief at structure fires or other large incidents. The Deputy Fire Chief responds to all major incidents in the district, including MVA’s, Structure Fires, Specialized rescue calls, and any other calls the Deputy Fire Chief deems necessary.

Car 1403

Car 1403 is the utility car for the District. It is a 2007 Ford Explorer XLT. The Car is used as a multi roll unit. Car 1403 can be used to transport additional personnel to an incident, or transport firefighters to classes for further education. It is used by the department photographer and fire investigators when they respond to any incident. The Car is also used by the Honor Guard members when they attend a funeral for a fallen Firefighter. In certain circumstances when either Fire Chief is unavailable, Car 1403 is utilized by the Shift LT. who becomes the Acting Chief Officer until a Chief Officer is back in the district and available. The car carries, an SCBA, basic incident command items, as well as books containing building pre-plans, and maps of the water systems. It also contains a command board for use by the Acting Chief Officer.

Engine 1411

Engine 1411 is a 2006 Ferrara Inferno built on an igniter Chassis. It has a 1500 GPM single Stage pump and a water tank containing 1000 gallons. E1411 is the first response Engine for all calls in the district from fire alarms to structure fires. Engine 1411 is the first out response unit for all mutual aid calls requesting an Engine for assistance. Engine 1411 carries regular Engine equipment including a full ground ladder compliment, full hose complement, as well as hand tools, Thermal Imaging Camera, a set of Extrication Equipment, and saws. Engine 1411 is the second due fire unit for all vehicle crashes. Engine 1411 is also an ALS Engine, carrying all equipment necessary to provide EMS at the Advanced Life Support level.
